Soto Betawi

Bahan:
¼ kg daging sapi
400 ml santan
2 lbr daun salam
1 btg sereh, ambil bagian putihnya, memarkan
3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
4 lbr daun jeruk

Haluskan:
4 btr bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
8 btr kemiri
2 cm kunyit
garam dan merica

Pelengkap:
2 bh tomat, iris delapan memanjang
2 bh telur rebus, iris enam memanjang
1 bh jeruk nipis, iris sisinya
100 gr emping goreng
sambal rebus
Cara membuatnya:
Daging sapi dipotong porsi makan.
Tumis bumbu halus sebentar, masukkan daging, sereh,lengkuas dan daun jeruk hingga daging berubah warna
Masukkan santan aduk hingga mendidih dan masak hingga daging empuk
Sajikan soto dengan pelengkapnya.
